Jonathan Waxman, the “Yoda” of the kitchen as we all know him from Bravo’s Top Chef Masters.  You couldn’t help fall in love with his laid back personality.  Also, I couldn’t resist not trying what has been deemed as the best chicken in the city at his restaurant, Barbuto.  With that being said, that’s where my hubby and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary.  Couldn’t ask for a better dining experience for a special celebration.
