Candie’s Launches Beauty Line at Kohl’s
Candie’s known for fun shoes and cute clothing is launching a fun and flirty beauty line with fragrances along with nail polishes and lip glosses of the season’s hottest colors. Part of their launch includes a light floral aroma called Luscious, a flirty warmer scent perfect for the fall season and Candie’s Coated which offers five fruity flavors: Vanilla Bon-Bon, Strawberry Crème, Sparkling Pear, Sugarplum Blossom and Cotton Candy.
Candie’s Beauty is available exclusively at Kohl’s stores and Kohls.com and the price range is from $8.00-$25.00.

Looks like Azealia Banks Gets Her Own M.A.C. Cosmetics Lipstick Color in Yung Rapunxel. The dark plum color totally matches her style and think may be a new addition to my fall/winter lip color selection.

Karl Lagerfeld created Mon Shu character for Shu Uemura’s upcoming Holiday line to hit shelves in October. Styleite reports how they will launch 17 pieces including lipsticks, nail polishes, eyeliners, false lashes, eyelash curler with a red silicon replacing the typical black one and more. Lagerfeld has told WWD why he is excited about the collaboration since he uses their eye shadow colors for his sketches and how it’s better than pastel. How chic? Can’t wait to check out the collection and to even try some sketches with eye shadow. And who says you can’t play with makeup?

Welcome back No Doubt! It’s been over a decade and finally Gwen Stefani and the crew have reunited and recently released their new music video Settle Down (via NoDoubtVEVO). I absolutely adore Gwen and her style - she’s an inspiration.
Let’s talk about her signature red pout which was courtesy of (and a shout out) to L’Oréal’s Infallible 8HR Le Gloss as you can see on the video. Those checkered nails that you can totally score from Sally Hansen’s Salon Effects Nail Strips. My suspicions for the beauty looks were confirmed by MTV Style. You should check out the piece if you’re interested in her fashion finds. If you’re looking to score cat eyes just like Gwen I would recommend my personal favorite which is Revlon’s Color Stay liquid eyeliner. The felt tip pen makes it easier to create that winged tip at the end for that sultry cat eye.
